Our security monitors operate from a central office 24/7, and a dedicated monitor will be assigned exclusively to your contract. You can rest assured that someone is always focused on protecting your property. Our staff adhere to strict company standards, with a floor supervisor on duty around the clock. We require our staff to submit a report every 15 minutes and provide a summary of all events by the end of each shift. Any unusual activity, from wildlife motion to vandalism and theft, is documented and recorded in HD quality. All our cameras are equipped with red strobe lights, alarms, and audio capabilities. If unauthorized access is detected, we can announce that the police are on their way, accompanied by flashing lights and alarms to deter the crime. We always record incidents in high definition and only contact the police if absolutely necessary. Our goal is to prevent crimes using all available tools, and we have maintained a 100% success rate in the Pacific Northwest. These cameras are effective both indoors and outdoors. Many of our clients use our service to deter individuals from loitering around business properties and to prevent vandalism. Our diverse clientele includes convenience stores, franchises, construction sites, and office buildings. We offer free consultations and provide all necessary equipment and maintenance. Both our monitoring center and the company have access to all cameras at any time. Owners receive an easy-to-use mobile app, which can be shared with store managers and district managers.
